Order Cancellation

  • Since all our products are digital downloads, once the purchase is completed and the download at the same page , the order cannot be cancelled.

  • If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may contact us immediately at support@uicode.in to request a cancellation — this will be reviewed case by case.

 

Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy except in the following situations:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the download button within 24 hours after payment, contact us for a resend or refund.

  • Corrupted or Incomplete File: If the purchased file is damaged and we cannot provide a working copy, our Team contact us to solve your problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Product not meeting your specific requirements (please read descriptions before buying).

  • Issues caused by improper setup, hosting environment, or lack of required software.

Refund Process
